I did get my refund in the end, but uh, it took longer than I thought it would. Customer service did reply, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but the process could definitely be a bit smoother.

My chain broke, and when I tried to use the warranty, they just refused to cover it. I had to keep explaining the same thing over and over, which got really frustrating, and in the end it didn’t help me at all

I found a really cute gift here and was happy with what I picked out. The only downside was that shipping took a little longer than I expected, but overall it was a nice experience.

I ordered from aporro.com i’m annoyed. The item that showed up didn’t really match the listing photos, and the sizing/details were way too vague. That’s on them for not making the product info clearer. I wouldn’t say it was the absolute worst experience, but it’s frustrating to spend money expecting one thing and get something that looks different. They really need to fix their listings.

My order showed up a bit later than I was hoping for, but the tracking was easy to follow and everything got here safe, so no real complaints. Overall I'm happy with the delivery

Umm, the item showed as in stock when I ordered it, but then I was told there were none left. Frustrating.

The packaging was disappointing. After I paid, I started feeling a bit unsure about whether I’d made the right choice, and when the box arrived dented and super plain, that feeling got worse.

Inside, the item was just kind of sitting there without much protection or effort. It really looked like it had been packed in a hurry, which made the whole thing feel cheaper than I expected for the price.

The product itself might be okay, but the first impression wasn’t great at all. If I had bought this as a gift, I wouldn’t feel comfortable handing it to someone like that.

My first thought when I opened it was, “Yeah, this was not worth what I paid.” The photos online made it look a lot nicer than it actually is, and the quality just doesn’t feel like it matches the price at all. Maybe I’d consider it if it was heavily discounted, but at full price, I wouldn’t buy it again.

The order itself was fine, but I ended up getting charged customs fees that I wasn’t expecting. The duties info at checkout really wasn’t clear enough, so the total looked cheaper than it actually turned out to be. Anyway, it was just kind of annoying to find out after the fact.

I ordered a custom chain from aporro.com, i was into how many choices they had. I kept going back and forth like, okay, do I want this font or that one, what plating looks best, should I add stones or keep it simple? The preview helped me picture it a bit, which made the whole customization part feel easy.
The only reason I’d stick with 4 stars is that the updates were a little slow, and at one point I was like, hmm, should I check in or just wait? I ended up asking about my order once. That said, when the chain finally came in, it looked good, and the custom details were close to what I wanted, so overall I’m happy with it.

I ordered a chain from aporro.com and somehow got a totally different size/design than the one I picked. The order details were correct, so it wasn’t like I chose the wrong thing. I opened the box and pretty much immediately thought, yep, this is a mess. Super frustrating because it was supposed to be a gift. First impression was bad enough that I don’t see myself ordering from them again

I got my chain from aporro it looked nice when I first opened it. The shine is solid and it definitely catches the eye. That said, it feels lighter than I expected, which kind of threw me off. I feel like every time I try to judge it fairly, the goalposts move a bit, it looks good, but then I’m thinking about the weight, then the durability, then whether it’ll hold up after more wears. So far I’ve worn it a few times and haven’t had any major issues, but I’m still not totally convinced long term. Overall, it’s decent, just not something that completely blew me away.

I wasn’t totally sure about this site at first, and the lack of faster updates didn’t help. My order did show up fine, and support got back to me quickly, so I guess it’s legit. Still, I found myself worrying more than I should’ve because the updates were slower than I’d like...

I ordered a necklace with engraving and the text was crooked and not centered at all, and one of the letters looked like it was barely there so I went back and checked my order because I thought maybe I messed something up but I had typed it correctly. For what I paid I really expected it to look a lot cleaner and more professional, so I’m disappointed and I don’t think I’d order anything engraved from here again.

I had a small account issue and, for something like that, the support was easy to deal with. They got back to me fast and helped me sort it out without much back and forth

I sent my bracelet in to get repaired, it was way easier than I expected. They kept me posted the whole time and replied quick when I had a couple small, small questions.

When I got it back, it looked nice and clean, and the clasp feels solid again. The price felt fair too, really really fair for the service. I’d definitely use Aporro again if I ever need another repair.

Checkout went through okay overall, but... the payment page took a bit longer to load than I expected. I also ended up double-checking my address twice, which was kind of annoying. Not a huge deal, just not totally smooth.
